Bremer art satellite 11

 

 As part of the Bremer Kunstsatellliten 11, which was organized by Ursula van den Busch and curated by Ingmar Lähnemann to Susann Maria Hempel and Stefan Jeep with Cyprus have dealt as an island of the absurd. An exhibition of location-based works in the ARTos Foundation and the Gallery of the Goethe Institut Nicosia was the result of this confrontation.

The Bremer employment with Cyprus as (geographic, social, political, historical) paradigm of the absurd will be shown at the Städtische Galerie Bremen. The Cypriot artists Giorgos Gerontides, Achilleas Kentonis and Maria Papacharalambous brings their  return visit to Bremen under the group exhibition of their own perspective on the absurd with.

In cooperation with the Bremer art satellite at Künstlerhaus Bremen and ARTos Cultural and Research Foundation, Nicosia.
